These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Neon Underworld app and website ("the Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Neon Underworld is an unofficial, fan-made companion app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, and all third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

The Service offers an optional "Premium" upgrade through auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase, sold via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Some features use AI to generate strategy, guides, role-play, and other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or speculative, and is provided for entertainment only. Do not rely on it as professional, financial, or factual advice. You are responsible for how you use AI output.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service or its AI features. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Game-related data is illustrative and may not reflect the actual game.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Underworld and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
